Itinerary
Day 01: IXB Airport - Gangtok (128 Kms. / 5 Hrs) Departing from Chennai airport. Meet and Greet on arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Meal Plan: Dinner.
Day 02: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (53 Kms. / 3 Hrs. one-way) After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of Landslide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.) Meal Plan : Breakfast and Dinner. (In case of Land slide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.) Note: · Documents for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children below 18 years, School Id / College Id are must. Original needs to carry while travelling. · In case of Land slide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing. · Due to winter season (heavy snow) vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Tsomgo Lake.
Day 03: Gangtok - Darjeeling (100 Kms. / 4 Hrs.) After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling. Meal Plan :Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 04: Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling. Meal Plan : Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 05: Darjeeling - IXB Airport (75 Kms. / 3 Hrs.) After breakfast Checkout from hotel and take, the departure transfers to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey. Departing from Bagdogra airport and then on arrival Chennai airport. Meal Plan : Breakfast. Package Inclusions: Two way flight Tickets (Chennai – Bagdogra – Chennai) 04 Nights Star Hotel Accommodations. Vehicle as per itinerary on point to point basis only (Ac will not run in Hill area) - Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis). All permit fees & hotel taxes (as per itinerary).
Meal Plan - MAP (04 Breakfasts and 04 Dinner). Package Exclusions:- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot). Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Confirmation Policy:
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10 days: 100%
- 10 to 15 days: 75% + Non Refundable Component
- 15 to 30 days: 30% + Non Refundable Component
- 10Hotel / Air: 100% in case of non-refundable ticket / Hotel Room
- 10Cruise / Visa: On Actuals

In the case FIT flight inclusive package, the full amount of the flight will be payable at the time of booking.
Refund Policy:
