Variety: Primarily Arabica (with some Robusta)  

Origin: Karnataka, India

Bean characteristics:

Arabica: Typically larger, oval-shaped beans with a sweet and complex flavor profile.  

Robusta: Smaller, rounder beans with a higher caffeine content and a stronger, earthy flavor.

Moisture content: Within specified limits (typically below 12%)

Defects: Minimal defects such as black and broken beans, foreign matter

Impurities: Free from harmful substances and contaminants
